The guest speaker is Ann Swain
The guest speaker is Ann Swain. After graduating from UQ, majoring in Genetics and Botany, Ann taught senior biology for 38 years. She is a Fellow of QFHS; has held the positions of Secretary for 3 years in the early 1980s and President for 3 yrs in the late 1980s. She was also Secretary of AFFHO from 2004-2009 and is still actively involved in QFHS as convenor of 2 interest groups and conducts the New Members Orientation sessions. Recently she and Tony Swain ran the “Trout Game” for us.
