Cancellation Policy: WW1 Seminar

This cancellation policy applies to the End of WW1 Seminar: The Soldiers Come Home Seminar on the 10 November 2018.

How to cancel

Registration cancellations must be received in writing – mail, email to Caloundra Family History Research Inc (CFHRI).  Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from CFHRI.  If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact  Roz on 5493 1197 or Valerie on 5437 3879 or email:

Credit card surcharges are non-refundable.

Full Refunds – Up to 20 Oct 2018

To receive a full refund, CFHRI must be receive written requests no later than 20 October 2018.

50% Refunds – Between 21 – 31 Oct 2018

Requests for refunds CFHRI received within 19 days of the start of the conference will be subject to a 50% refund.

No Refunds – From 1 November 2018

Requests for refunds CFHRI receives in the ten days prior to the seminar will not be eligible for a refund.
