Christmas Lunch 2025 Details
Date & Time: Wednesday 26 November 2025 from 12 noon to 3.30 pm.
Location: The Birdcage at Parklands Tavern, 238 Parklands Blvd, Meridian Plains. Parking is available on-site. Private room booked for 30 persons.
If you require a lift to the function room and home again, please leave a message when booking below.
Cost: $38.00 per person. Members & Partners welcome. Limit 30.
Payment: Pay by credit card when booking below, or select the alternative payment methods for other options.
Program: Along with a delicious Christmas lunch, the hampers raffle prizes will be drawn, a trivia Competition will take place, lucky door prizes will be awarded, and more. All drinks, other than water, can be purchased at the bar.
Close off for bookings: Wednesday, 19 November 2025.
Raffle: Donations of goods for our Christmas hampers can be placed in the basket in the rooms. Please, no perishables or giant-sized soft drink bottles. Cash donations are most welcome instead of goods. Make donations to our CFH bank account, details in the shop. Cathy Meyer thanks you in advance for your donations. Raffle tickets will be emailed to members.
Christmas Charity: At this time of year we are mindful that there are many families and children are in need, and that the joy of Christmas is not guaranteed. As approved by the committee, we are contributing to a charity – giving food and items to a family of 4. Place your food and items (unwrapped) in the container provided in the rooms. Your generous donations will be given to the family by the charity.
