The presentation will be about a part of member Jennifer Strike’s family from Germany. Titled “The Kahn Family”, the talk focuses on the Karoline line of the Kahn family in the 20th Century.  Karoline, also known as Lins, was the 7th and last child of Moses and Regine and their only daughter.  Lins married Karl Landauer, an accomplished psychoanalyst who was a protégé of Sigmund Freud.  Lins, Karl and their 3 children Eva, Suse (Susan) and Paul faced their lives with enormous courage and resilience.  The presentation is jointly hosted by Harold Kahn who resides in California and Jon Karn from Sweden.
