Stephanie Ryan: The 1939 Register
We are pleased to announce our speaker for May is Stephanie Ryan, Senior Family History Librarian at the State Library of Queensland. Her talk for our May 2021 meeting is about the 1939 Register. Family history researchers with family or ancestors in the UK in 1939 will find this presentation helpful to their research.
As a speaker at the Waves in Time 2019 Queensland Family & Local History Conference Stephanie spoke on “Lost” Lists of the 1860s’ Immigrants to Queensland which many of us enjoyed and learnt more about Queensland immigrant records.
