  • Use this form to apply for a NEW Caloundra Family History Research Inc. Single or Family Membership.

    A family membership is two or more people from the same family. Select the "family" option and then complete a separate form for each family member proposing to join. Each individual family member requires their own email address to receive notifications.

  • Once your membership is approved you can log on to the "members only area" with your user name or email address that you select here. A reminder about how to log on will be found in your welcome letter which you will receive upon approval of your application by the committee. You can select your own username. User names cannot be easily changed in the future. Email addresses can be changed in the future.

  • These questions give us an indication of how you might like to support the society. Except for the "use of image question", completing these questions would be appreciated however they are not compulsory.
  • Letting us use your image supports the CFH society. Occasionally we publish events in the local newspaper, on our website and in our social media sites or use images for promotional material. Selecting YES confirms you are happy for your image to be used. If you select NO, it is your responsibility to avoid having your photo taken and/or to check if they will be used digitally or in other ways.

  • Minimum cost $20 PA. Winners selected at monthly meeting.

  • You will know the Registration Form was submitted successfully when you are notified, "Registration form is complete.". You will also get a confirmation email.

    If this is not returned on submitting the form there is an error in one or more of the fields you have entered. Your cursor may be in the location of the error or look for error messages at the top, highlighted fields and red text to help you locate the these and amend the entry.
