  • Use this form to apply for a NEW Caloundra Family History Research Inc., Single or Family or Remote Single Membership.
    Required fields are marked with a red asterisk *.
  • Select "single" membership if you are applying for an individual.
    A family membership is two or more people from the same family. Select the "family" option and then complete a separate form for each family member proposing to join. Each individual family member requires their own email address to receive notifications.
    Select "single remote" membership if you are applying for an individual that resides more than 100 kilometres (direct distance) from the CFHRI main office.

  • You will know the Registration Form was submitted successfully when you are notified, "Registration form is complete.". You will also get a confirmation email.

    If this is not returned on submitting the form there is an error in one or more of the fields you have entered. Your cursor may be in the location of the error or look for error messages at the top, highlighted fields and red text to help you locate the these and amend the entry.
