Monday, 10 May is the day for our annual visit to the Queensland Family History Society. They open their rooms just for us and we have free access to all their wonderful resources and their volunteers are available to help us. It is always a great day, and everyone comes away with new finds and very happy after a day well spent researching at QFHS.
We will car-pool, departing at 8.00 am from our rooms and leaving Brisbane at 3 pm.
QFHS volunteers will help with making sure the 2m² rule applies. Face masks may be required.
You need to take cash for tea/coffee (gold coin), your own cup/mug, morning tea and lunch. There is a fridge we can use. Passengers pay the driver $10 for petrol.
