You will receive an email with a copy of your submission. Next, your request is forwarded to the member concerned. It is up to the member to respond to your request. OOOO

    Include both the name(s) you are interested in & the membership number(s) associated with that name. These are available in the list.
    If you include a phone number it can be faster & easier to contact you.
