In 2022 Caloundra Family History had various events including the Snapshots of Caloundra’s History Seminar in August, National Family History Month. It was well attended by both the public and members.
Many of the Interest Groups got back to regularly holding in-person meetings in the rooms after COVID-19 forced us to have them on Zoom only for much of 2020 and 2021. Hybrid meetings that offered both in-person and Zoom access for attendees are welcome by members that cannot make the trip to the rooms.
We also support other groups’ events by promoting and attending their events. In addition to these, we have joint events such as the Bulcock Street and Bulcock Beach tours.
Members also attend heritage and family history trips.
